By purchasing from Sista Girl JD™, you acknowledge and agree that all sales of digital products are final. Because our products are delivered electronically, you are not eligible to dispute or reverse charges (a “chargeback”) through your payment provider once access to a file has been granted.

12. Limited Scope & Educational Services

SGJD Solutions provides limited-scope legal services, legal education, and self-help resources. SGJD Solutions does not provide full legal representation unless expressly agreed to in writing through a separate engagement agreement.

No attorney-client relationship is formed by the purchase or use of digital products, templates, checklists, or general educational content. Any attorney-client relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
